Arrive Alive Guarantee

  • We carefully package your order to ensure the safe arrival of your animals.
  • In the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), please submit a DOA Request via email within 2 hours of delivery. Please include good photos and videos of the deceased specimen, and please keep the coral in case further investigation is needed. Once we receive the request, we receive the deceased coral (if applicable), and we have confirmed your loss, we will issue a store credit.  The store credit will not include the cost of shipping.  We reserve the right to deny claims if in our sole judgement, we cannot confirm the loss.    
  • We cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the buyer
  • Ceylon corals cannot be held responsible for UPS mechanical or weather delays that may cause your shipment to arrive late
    • In some cases, corals can survive a late shipment
    • While we cannot control UPS, we do want you to be satisfied, so we will work with you if you have a late delivery from UPS
    • Please contact us if you do not receive your delivery on the scheduled day
  • We do not accept returns, so please do not ship coral to Ceylon Corals unless we ask.
  • WYSIWYG stands for "What You See Is What You Get." If you purchase a coral labeled as WYSIWYG, you will receive the exact coral shown in the listing.

    For corals not marked as WYSIWYG, slight variations in color and appearance may occur due to natural differences. Please note that all sales are final, including delivery costs. We do not accept returns or offer store credit.
